The Jurassic coast is a world heritage site that spans between Dorset and Devon giving you some wonderful sights to see.

Many ports along the coast have spectacular views like this one taken in Weymouth.
Three-Cornered Leek
These grow mainly along the coast and smell amazing. They are also very versatile in the kitchen when you want an onion/garlic hit.
Seaweed is not so appealing to some people, but in the right hands certain types of this can be used in everyday cooking. I occasionally make sweets using the vegan alternative (seaweed) rather than meat based gelatine as it provides a whole new texture to explore.
